About Our Club

Chartered in 1920, the Kiwanis Club of Morristown is one of the oldest service organizations in Hamblen County. For more than a century, our members have come together with one shared purpose: making Morristown a better place for children to grow, learn, and thrive.

We are professionals, retirees, parents, and neighbors united by the belief that when you invest in kids, you invest in the future of your community. Each week, we meet over lunch to hear from local leaders, plan service projects, and find new ways to support the young people of Morristown.

Kiwanis Kapers: A Morristown Tradition

For decades, Kiwanis Kapers has been our signature annual fundraiser — a community celebration rooted in fun, fellowship, and purpose. What began as a modest variety show has grown into one of the club’s most beloved traditions, raising thousands of dollars each year for the children’s organizations we serve right here in Hamblen County. Kapers has always been about more than a night out; it’s a demonstration of what Morristown can do when it comes together. The show is produced in partnership with Encore Theatrical Company.
