The Kiwanis Club of Morristown has been part of this community since 1920 — more than a century of showing up for the children and families of Hamblen County. We were chartered when our downtown was still finding its footing, and we’ve been here through everything since. That kind of staying power doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because the people of Morristown believe in each other, and because generation after generation of Kiwanians have chosen to give their time to something larger than themselves.
We are a club of professionals, retirees, parents, and neighbors. We meet every Friday at noon at The Country Club, share a meal, hear from voices across the community, and get to work. Our members support organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, Isaiah 117 House, Imagination Library, Girls Inc., Young Life, and more — through fundraising, volunteering, and a genuine commitment to the young people growing up right here in our hometown.
Our motto is simple: “Serving the Children of the World.” For us, that starts with Morristown.
Kiwanis is also bigger than any one club. As part of Kiwanis International, we’re connected to more than 150,000 members in over 80 countries — all working toward the same belief that when you invest in children, you invest in the future of every community on earth.
Ready to Get Involved?
If you’ve ever wanted to make a real difference in Morristown — not just write a check, but show up, connect with your neighbors, and be part of something that has lasted more than a hundred years — we’d love to have you at a meeting. There’s no pressure and no commitment. Just come see what we’re about.
